Rent to Own

A Path Toward Homeownership in the Greater Huntsville Area

Not every path to homeownership looks the same. At US2 Investors, we believe families deserve options, especially when they are working toward becoming ready to purchase a home but may not be in the perfect position today.

Our rent to own program is designed to give qualified applicants the opportunity to live in a home while working toward future ownership. It can be a helpful option for families who need time to improve credit, save for a down payment, or prepare for traditional financing.

How It Works

Before anything else, we connect you with a credit specialist for a straightforward check-in — a look at where your finances are right now and what it would realistically take to qualify for a mortgage in the next few years. Some people are surprised to find they’re closer than they thought — maybe even close enough to skip our Rent-To-Own program and go straight to buying. We’ll tell you either way.

For most folks though, there’s a gap to close. And that’s exactly what our program is designed for. You move into a home, you rent it while you work on your finances, and when the time comes — typically two to three years — you buy it at the price we locked in on day one. The market goes up, your price doesn’t.

Every program we put together is customized — because no two situations are identical. Someone who needs to save a down payment looks different from someone rebuilding their credit history. The timeline, the structure, the monthly amounts — they’re all shaped around what you actually need to cross the finish line.
